Airlift Aerator

The most ingenious aerator on the market. The Oxydent Airlift works based on the Mammoet pump principle. By Airlift technology water is pumped continuously, degassed and aerated at the same time.

Features

For simultaneously aerating , mixing and stripping of water in one device. The water is sucked in at the bottom via the suction pipe. In the aeration chamber the water is then intensively aerated. Through the riser tube the water is forced up against the reflector. The water is released over a circular fender at about 5cm above the water surface. As a result volatile gases that are present in the water, such as methane or hydrogen sulphide, are stripped from the water. Because of the continuous flow vertical mixing is created. The installation is simple and the energy consumption is minimal. The pump power is 1 to 2 / 3 so with 10 cubic meters of air per hour it is pumped 20 to 30 cubic meters of water per hour. Superior water mixing!

Applications

  • Oxygen transfer
  • Mixing
  • Circulating
  • Degassing
  • In surface water
  • In fish farming basins
  • In rainwater basins
  • In wastewater
  • In RO water (reverse osmosis)
  • In CE water (fertilizer containing water)
  • In compost tea

Specifications

– The Airlift circulates 30 m3/h water with only 10 m3/h of air.

– Recommended airflows: 5 M3/h – 90 M3/h. – Pressure loss: hydrostatic pressure + pressure drop piping system.

OSB.102The Airlift OAA.110 replaces the Silo Aerator OSB.102.
