Absolute vs atmospheric

What is the difference between absolute and atmospheric pressure?

The performance of pumps is displayed in pressure and flow curves. Viewing these curves it is important to know that the given pressure is absolute or atmospheric. The absolute pressure is the pressure we live in, on average, the pressure is 1013 Mbar at sea level. The atmospheric air pressure is displayed as the 0 point. If the presure is 0 absolute then in reality it is minus1013 Mbar.
