Membrane Rack Aerator

Mobile aeration solution for aerating highly polluted waste water in industry or sewage treatment.

The Membrane Rack Aerator is a Plug & Play aerator that can be rapidly deployed for aeration of highly contaminated water. The aerator can aerate both continuous and intermittent. The rack can be easily deployed in existing water systems, there is no installation required. The Rack keeps stable on the ground due to it’s own weight. Very easy to transport and to connect. The rack consists of 20 PU diffusers with high chemical resistance, the frame is made of PE.

The high efficiency is due to the elasticity, advanced perforation pattern and low pressure loss of the PU membranes. The pressure drop (pressure loss) is about 30 Mbar at a flow rate of 10 m3 / h and 65 Mbar at a flow rate of 100 m3 / h per diffuser. The oxygen transfer efficiency at these values are resp. 5.5 and 3.7 kg O2 / kWh. The oxygen transfer capacity ranges from 1 to 9 kg O2 per hour. The flow rate can be adjusted in normal use between 30 and 80 m3 / h. The rack has a lower limit of 10 m3 / h and the upper limit is 150 m3 / h.
